Third Man Records Vinyl iPhone Cases
Jack White’s Third Man Records has partnered up with Griffin Technologies to bring a very unique twist to a simple phone case. The Third Man 45 iPhone Case comes in a variety of options and features components made from 7” vinyl records from Third Man’s extensive catalog, all pressed at United Record Pressing in Nashville. There are also inserts available for sale for the case cut from the following vinyl records specifically. The White Stripes: “Candy Cane Children” single, The Raconteurs “Steady, as She Goes” first pressing vinyl single and The Dead Weather “Treat Me Like Your Mother” single.
To create The Third Man 45 iPhone Case for use with the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4, Griffin incorporated a genuine 7” vinyl record, pressed by United Record Pressing in Nashville, TN. The records were then die-cut to create the backs of each case. A molded bumper frame snaps around your iPhone, holding the interchangeable record insert in place and protecting the controls, edges and screen of your precious iPhone.
